The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • 📦Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 3-5 days after the order is placed.
  • 🚚Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment centerto the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7-15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

2. How is the delivery time calculated?（Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time）

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination, we offer free Postal Shipping for orders over the US $49.99.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

It usually takes 3-5 business days for your order (while some items may need 6-9 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.

📦Delivery
You tracking number and the express company website link will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. You can also track it in user account on NeoRov. We will also e-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery. After you receive the order you purchased, you are free to write a review and get points rewarded.
Please contact us within 6 months since shipment if no receipt or delivery, our representative will resolve this problem within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

For example, if you order a dress, it will need 3-5 business days of processing time and then 7-15 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 10-20 business days.
